Rosé

A type of wine that is made in a way similar to Red wine, but the colour comes from spending less time to ferment with the grape skins. Rosé can be made from a range of different wine varietals. Blush Rosé is a lighter colour, tends to be a little sweeter and have lower alcohol. Dry Rosé has a darker colour and more fruit flavours typical of Red wines.
